Mini Bio:

Shinaiya was born on November 20, 1995 in Sasebo, Japan. Her passion for acting started out in the theatre at age 9; summer camp (Missoula Children’s Theatre), and community theatre (Performing Arts San Antonio).

After graduating High School, Shinaiya went on to enlist in the United States Navy. There was a 6 month waiting period before going off to Naval boot camp, so she went back to Performing Arts San Antonio where she had performed a couple shows before, (Hot Rod and Lady Pirates of Captain Bree). This time however she would be Stage Manager for their show of Ruthless: The Musical. After the show ended, it was time to depart for the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command (RTC) at Naval Station Great Lakes (March 2016). After basic training, and later Naval job technical training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Shinaiya was stationed to Okinawa, Japan where she would be for 3 years. She had been awarded many achievements, to include the 2018 Presidential Volunteer Service Award (Bronze). Shinaiya had totaled 6 years of Honorable service.

The theatre will always hold a special place in Shinaiya's heart, now she is focused more on filmmaking. She has worked on films so far, like: A comedy titled 'Fools' where she plays a clown secretary, (available on YouTube under "Shred Productions"); An extra in 'Reflection', (directed by Jackson Kibby); And a lead in an Awareness short on the topic of abusive relationships, (directed by Rudy Ibanez). She also shows support to others in their filmmaking journey, to include features titled 'Angel' (directed by Daniel Tucker) and 'Inertia'(directed by Jackson Kibby).
